1.1 These terms and conditions (including any documents expressly incorporated by reference, these “Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) to the Plan ₿ Forum in El Salvador through this website (the “Site”) and any other events for which tickets are offered by ALTKEY ESA, S.A.S DE C.V. with NIT number: 0623-230724-105-6 (together with any assigns or successor operators of the Site, “we”, “us”, and “our”) (the event, exhibition or show printed on the relevant Ticket, the “Event”). We may organize the Events, or we may sell Tickets who are organised by third parties (together with us, each an “Organizer”).
1.2 These Terms constitute a contract between us and you (each of you and us being a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). Each of: (i) purchase of a Ticket; and (ii) use of a Ticket to gain entry to an Event, individually constitutes an acceptance and an undertaking to be bound by and observe these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should: (i) not purchase a Ticket; and (ii) where you have purchased any Tickets, not attend the Event.
1.3 The following documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference: (i) our Privacy Policy [https://planb.sv/privacy-policy/] (the “Privacy Policy”); and (ii) our Site Terms of Use [https://planb.sv/terms/].
2.1 No Transfer. Tickets are issued to the person named on the Ticket and are not assignable or transferable. Tickets you purchase are for personal use, and you must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) your Tickets in breach of these Terms, unless we otherwise expressly agree in writing. A breach of this condition entitles an Organizer to refuse access to any Event and to cancel Tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation, or liability.
2.2 Identification. An Organizer may request identification to verify compliance with these Terms. You must ensure that you bring valid government issued photo identification to any Event.
2.3 Purchases on Behalf of Others. If you acquire Tickets on behalf of an entity or any other person (an “Attendee”), you: (i) confirm that you have full authority to register the Attendee and to bind the Attendee to these Terms; and (ii) you are responsible for ensuring that each such Attendee receives a copy of and complies with these Terms, in each case as they were a Party hereunder.
3.1 AltKey ESA may refund the purchase only if the request is made before the date and time of the event, under the terms established in the Consumer Protection Law and Regulations of El Salvador. Refunds will also be done if there is any inconvenience with the purchase on the Web Site due to a technical failure in the purchase processing. In both cases the full value of the unused purchase will be refunded through the payment method used online minus the bank commission fees, in case the ticket was paid using Bitcoin or other Crypto available to purchase the ticket(s), the refund will always be done in USD minus the bank commission fees according to the procedure established in this terms and conditions.
To proceed to request a refund, you must complete in the CONTACT US section of the Website the requested information. Please note that this information may be processed as long as it is the case mentioned above (if there was any inconvenience with the purchase on the Website) and formalize the request sent to your e-mail.
3.2 Lost Tickets. It is your responsibility to safeguard your Tickets. We shall not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
3.3 Cancellations. The Organizer retains sole discretion to change or cancel any Event. Whilst we aim to inform you of any such changes or cancellations, certain factors cannot be anticipated, and we cannot guarantee that we will notify you of any change or cancellation. If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer, the price of the Tickets shall be refunded. If the Event is partially cancelled, we shall give you a partial refund corresponding to the portion of the Event cancelled. We shall not be liable for any costs resulting from any change or cancellation, including for loss of enjoyment, travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
3.4 Conference Content. You acknowledge and agree that the content of any Event, including any speakers, hosts, moderators, program, may be amended at the discretion of the Organizer, including as a result of illness, developments in current affairs and otherwise. Once purchased, Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned except pursuant to paragraph 3.3.
3.5 Booking Fees. In addition to the price of a Ticket, you may be required to pay a booking fee or transaction fee per Ticket. Booking and transaction fees are not refundable in any circumstances.
4.1 Defaced or Altered Tickets. Defaced and altered Tickets are void, and the holder may be refused admission to the Event.
4.2 Additional Conditions. Tickets may be subject to additional conditions (including, without limitation, maximum Ticket purchases or restrictions of access based on the tier of Ticket acquired by you) which shall be communicated to you prior to purchase. By acquiring Tickets, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to such additional conditions, and such additional conditions are deemed to form part of these Terms.
4.3 Right to Refuse Admission. Notwithstanding whether you have a Ticket, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, and to conduct security checks (including of persons and any items), as they deem appropriate to seek to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the Event and its participants, including on the basis of health and safety and government advice at the time of the Event. Further, the Organizer may deny entry or remove any person from an Event if they are deemed to be disruptive, acting in a manner that threatens the safety or enjoyment of other attendees, wearing masks, costumes or other coverings which are designed to conceal the identity of the person, failing to comply with these Terms or any other Event policies or is otherwise acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by the Organizer.
4.4 Prohibited Items. Each Event may have a specific policy regarding the admittance of certain items, including weapons, alcohol, and unauthorized recording equipment, and it is your responsibility to contact the Organizer directly for detailed information. Failure to comply with any such policies may result in denial of entry or confiscation of prohibited items.
4.5 Video and Sound Recordings.
4.5.1 Events may be filmed, photographed or recorded, in part or in full. By purchasing a Ticket, you consent to the filming, photographing or sound recording of yourself or otherwise the capturing of your likeness and voice in attendance at the Event in any media (each a “Recording”) and grant us, the Organizer, our and its Associates, sponsors, vendors, service providers, agents, licensees and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, copy, display, reproduce, edit, distribute and otherwise use the Recordings for any purpose, including promotional purposes, for any reason and without further approval or payment.
4.5.2 You are strictly prohibited from making any audio, video, or photographic recordings of the Event for commercial purposes without prior permission from the Organizer in writing. Personal recordings for private use are permitted, provided they do not interfere with the enjoyment of the Event by others or violate any other Event policies.
4.6 Animals. Each Event may have a specific policy regarding the admittance of animals, and it is your responsibility to contact the Organizer directly for detailed information. In the absence of any specific policy, no animals are permitted in any Event, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
4.7 Seats. An Organizer reserves the right to re-allocate any specific seats allocated to a Ticket, if any, to other seats of equal or greater value.
4.8 Age Restrictions. To acquire a Ticket and to attend any Event, you must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into, and agree to be bound by, these Terms. Certain Events may stipulate further age restrictions, and Organizers may deny entry to any person who does not meet such restrictions, irrespective of whether they otherwise have a valid Ticket.
4.9 Late Arrivals. Certain Events may limit access to latecomers where desirable to minimize disruption and ensure the enjoyment of the Event by all attendees. Latecomers may also be required to wait for an appropriate break in the Event schedule before being admitted entry. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any missed portions of the Event due to late arrival.
4.10 Suitcasing. ‘Suitcasing’ is the practice of attending an Event and conducting or soliciting business from other attendees and exhibitors, otherwise than from an exhibition booth, space or other official sponsorship obtained from an Organizer. You acknowledge that Organizer’s retain the right to remove any person who they suspect to be conducting such activity at any Event, without any entitlement to a refund. No trading or other commercial activity, including marketing, advertising or flyposting is permitted at any Event without the Organizer’s express prior written consent.
5.1 Electronic Tickets. Unless otherwise stated at point of purchase, Tickets will be dispatched to you electronically. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have provided the correct email address to ensure you receive your Ticket(s). Please ensure that you check your spam folder, in case any email(s) from us are caught by spam filters.
5.2 Checking Details. Always check your Ticket(s) upon receipt and advise us promptly (at pbf-es@planblugano.zendesk.com) of any errors. Failure to inform us of any mistakes may lead to the denial of access to any Event. Mistakes cannot always be corrected, and any corrections are at our sole discretion.
6.1 As between you and us, all intellectual property rights in and to any Event, the content of any Event content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event (collectively, “Event Materials”) are owned by us, the Organizers, or an Associate (as defined below). Nothing in these Terms, and no purchase of a Ticket or attendance at an Event, shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any Event Materials. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any Event Materials for any reason without our prior written permission.
7.1 Exclusion of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably agree and acknowledge that neither us nor any of our direct and indirect subsidiaries, our holding companies, and other subsidiaries of those holding companies, any Organizer, sponsor, speaker, performer or venue and each of our and their shareholders, directors, officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, partners, insurers, and attorneys (each an “Associate”) assumes any liability or responsible for, or has any liability or responsibility for any claim, application, loss, injury, delay, accident, cost, business interruption costs, or any other expenses (including attorneys’ fees or the costs of any claim or suit), including any incidental, direct, indirect, general, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, loss of goodwill or business profits, work stoppage, data loss, or any and all other commercial losses (“Losses”) directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any purchase of Tickets or any Event, including any injuries or damage sustained at any Event (including damage, theft or losses to property, whether in a designated storage space or otherwise), any interactions with any staff or attendees, any issues with equipment, any food, drink, services or products sold at any Event, loss of belongings, any infectious disease, any information or materials available at the Event (whether in any Event Materials or otherwise), any breach by you of these Terms or applicable laws or any breach of security or data breach, or any criminal or other third-party act affecting us or any of our Associates in each case whether caused by our negligence or otherwise. The maximum aggregate liability of us or any of our Associates for any Loss in any way connected with, or arising out of, any Event or these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) and to the extent not excluded by the forgoing, shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us under these Terms.
7.2 Release of Liability and Indemnity. You hereby agree to release us and each Associate from liability for any and all such Losses, and you shall indemnify, save, and hold us and each Associate harmless from and against all such Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the foregoing limitations of liability, releases, and indemnities shall apply whether the alleged liability or Losses are based on contract, negligence, tort, unjust enrichment, strict liability, violation of law or regulation, or any other basis, even if we or the applicable Associate(s) have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such Losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of any other remedies.
7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties. Your attendance of an Event is at your own risk. The Event is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not make any warranties or representations with respect to the security, reliability or quality of any Event. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not represent or warrant that any Event will meet your needs or expectations. To the fullest extent provided by applicable law, we hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7.4 Travel Disruption. You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to any Event. Without limitation, we are not responsible for any delays or problems accessing an Event due to travel disruptions or unavailability. Please check your route to any Event prior to acquiring Tickets. We recommend that attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance when making travel arrangements for the Event.
7.5 No Reliance: All information provided to you at any Event is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon or construed as professional advice. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content of any Event. We make no representations, warranties, covenants, or guarantees, whether express, implied, or statutory, that the content of any Event (including any Event Materials) is accurate, complete, or up to date.
7.6 Speaker Disclaimer. The views expressed by speakers or other third parties at any Event are those of the speaker or third parties and not necessarily of us or any Organizer and nothing constitutes an endorsement, approval or recommendation by us or any Organizer of such views, material or other information presented by any speaker or third party. Nothing at the Event should be considered to be an invitation or inducement to make any investment in digital assets or projects that constitute financial services or investment proposals, whether by us, our affiliates or any third parties, and we do not offer, and do not authorise any person to offer, Bitcoin, any other cryptocurrency, or any regulated investments through any Event.
7.7 Loud Music and Strobe Effects. By purchasing a Ticket and attending an Event, you acknowledge and accept that Events may feature loud music, strobe lights, and flashing lights, which may pose health risks including hearing damage and triggering seizures or other health issues in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other light-sensitive conditions. Attendees are solely responsible for taking appropriate precautions, such as using ear protection or consulting a healthcare provider if they have any medical conditions that could be affected. We, the Organizer, venue, performers, and other Associates are not liable for any health issues or injuries resulting from exposure to loud music, strobe lights, or flashing lights. By attending an Event, you waive any claims for damages or injury against these persons. If you experience discomfort or symptoms, we advise you to move away from the source and seek medical attention if necessary.
8.1 We may enable purchases of Tickets to be made through a third-party payment method, such as but not limited to PayPal or Bitfinex Pay (a “Payment Provider”). By choosing a Payment Provider to process your transaction, you may be required to agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such Payment Provider, including their privacy policy (“PP Terms”). It is your responsibility to review and agree to such PP Terms before utilizing the Payment Provider to process your transaction. The PP Terms shall apply in addition to, and not to the exclusion of, these Terms. Notwithstanding this, any disputes or issues related to such Payment Provider, including payment processing, delays, and disputes, will be governed by the PP Terms and to the extent permitted by the law, we are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues that may arise from the use of such Payment Provider. Any such inquiries or concerns regarding payment should be directed to the Payment Provider in accordance with the PP Terms.
9.1 We may share your personal information with Organizers, Associates, sponsors, venue operators and others as necessary for the purposes of the Event and in accordance with our Privacy Policy [here].
10.1 We may modify or amend these Terms at any time in our sole discretion without prior notice to you. No consent of any person is required for any modification or amendment to these Terms. All modifications or amendments are effective immediately when we post them on the Site.
10.2 Your purchase of Tickets and attendance at any Event following the posting of modified or amended Terms means that you accept or agree to any modifications or amendments. You are expected to check this page each time you seek to acquire Tickets or prior to you attending any Event so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
10.3 We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference.

5 For your security and convenience we also have the electronic security validation certificates of Ticket Taylor and Paypal. The ‘Register Me’ form at www.planb.sv, asks users for information such as their name, email address, among others. We know the importance of keeping your information confidential, therefore www.planb.sv provides the assurance that the information you have entrusted to us. It will be used only to respond to inquiries about our events.
6 Your data (not credit), including data related to your transactions and product preferences, may be shared with our subsidiaries, stores, companies and/or affiliated entities, strategic or commercial allies and companies of their economic group in the different countries where they are located for processing for marketing purposes and/or in the framework of customer loyalty campaigns. As a consequence of such transfers, your data may be accessed and/or processed from countries or jurisdictions that do not have the same regulations or level of data protection as that which exists in El Salvador, which the User understands and consents to.
7 When we transfer your data outside of El Salvador, we will protect them by implementing safeguards that guarantee an adequate level of protection, requiring the recipients of the data to adopt the necessary technical, organizational and administrative measures for the adequate safeguarding of the information.
13.1 In addition to, and without excluding, any contractual damages or other remedies available to us in contract or at law, failure to comply with the Terms may result in: (i) removal from any Event; (ii) Tickets being cancelled without refund; and (iii) blacklisting from any future Events. We reserve the right to take further legal action as we deem necessary.
14.1 Governing law. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of El Salvador, and shall be interpreted in all respects as a Salvadorean contract. Any dispute, controversy, claim, or action arising from or related to your purchase of Tickets, attendance at any Event or these Terms likewise shall be governed by the laws of El Salvador, exclusive of choice-of-law principles.
14.2 Jurisdiction. We both agree that the courts of the District of San Salvador, Department of El Salvador, Republic of El Salvador will have exclusive jurisdiction. The foregoing shall be without prejudice to any applicable provisions of mandatory consumer protection laws under the laws of your country of residence, if and only to the extent that these offer you more protection.
14.3 Force Majeure. We shall not be liable or in default for any failure to perform any obligations under these Terms where such failure results from a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to civil disturbance; earthquake; electrical outage; explosion; fire; freight embargo; strike or labor unrest; flood, hurricane, tornado, or other acts of god; pandemic (including COVID 19), epidemic, or an act of war, terrorism and the actions of any government (de facto or de jure), or any government agency or official.
14.4 Headings: The headings and subheadings in these Terms are for ease of reference only and are not to be taken into account in the construction or interpretation of any provision or provisions to which they refer.
14.5 Extended Meanings: Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing gender include all genders. The words “include”, “includes”, or “including” will be interpreted on an inclusive basis and be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”.
14.6 Assignment; Third-Party Rights. These Terms and any of the rights, duties, and obligations contained or incorporated herein, are not assignable by you. Any attempt by you to assign these Terms without written consent is void. These Terms and any of the rights, duties, and obligations contained herein are freely assignable by us without notice or your consent (for clarity, this assignment right includes the right for us to assign any claim, in whole or in part, arising hereunder). Subject to the foregoing, these Terms, and any of the rights, duties, and obligations contained or incorporated herein, shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns of each Party. None of the provisions of these Terms, or any of the rights, duties, and obligations contained or incorporated herein, are for the benefit of or enforceable by any creditors of either Party or any other persons, except such as inure to a successor or assign in accordance herewith and as provided in the following sentence. Each Associates are intended third-party beneficiaries of the rights and privileges expressly stated to apply to such Associate hereunder and shall be entitled to enforce such rights and privileges (including those rights and privileges set out in paragraph 7) as if in direct privity under these Terms, subject to the conditions and limitations hereof, including those relating to the resolution of disputes. No consent of any person is required for any modification or amendment to these Terms.
14.7 Severability. If any provision of these Terms or part thereof, as amended from time to time, is determined to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, voidness, or unenforceability attaches only to such provision to the extent of its illegality, unenforceability, invalidity, or voidness, as may be, and everything else in these Terms continues in full force and effect.
14.8 No Waivers; Available Remedies. Any failure by us or any Associate to exercise any of its rights, powers, or remedies under these Terms, or any delay in doing so, does not constitute a waiver of any such right, power, or remedy. The single or partial exercise of any right, power, or remedy does not prevent any of them from exercising any other rights, powers, or remedies. The remedies under these Terms are cumulative with and not exclusive of any other remedy conferred by the provisions of these Terms, or by law or equity and may include (a) injunctions to prevent breaches of these Terms and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof, and you waive the requirement of any posting of a bond in connection with such remedies; and (b) the right to recover the amount of any Losses by set off against any amounts that we would otherwise be obligated to pay to you.
